I usually cook 5-6 times a week and there are usually leftovers at some point.

We usually eat all meals from home so it's 6-7 breakfast,6-7 lunches and 6 dinners. We still eat out once a week.

We cook breakfast every single day. I take my lunch to work almost every day, except about 1 time a month on payday, I treat myself to something different. We cook dinner nearly every evening, except maybe about 1 time every other month, we go out to the movies and a dinner. Nothing fancy, though, usually just some place with soups and salads or something like that. We never eat tv dinners, as they are usually loaded with stuff that I cannot eat. I have allergies to any milk product and my husband is allergic to peanuts, so it pays for us to cook for ourselves most of the time.
