My husband had just mentioned that there were no coupons in this paper and I was wondering why. Do people not shop on a holiday weekend?

Every time there is a holiday around the weekend, we don't receive coupons in our Sunday paper either!

Does anyone know where you can find a Sunday Coupon Preview? I knew of one but it closed. I don't have a subscription and will only pay the $1.75 to get the paper if I know there are a lot of coupons I will use.

Smartsource and Valassis are publications, like magazines, that your newspaper subscribes too. Manufacturers pay the publishers to print and deliver their coupons hoping for a payoff in redemption and publicity. They don't want to invest on holiday weekends, when the "readership" is low and they would be wasting money.

cpns are beginning to get better now, that school shopping is in full force...i will do a cpn shopping trip to ge next week, for dbl cpning... alot of pillsbury cpns.
