if youwere stranded on a desert island, what food group would you choose?
Hey, silly question, but i'm at work and bored.
If youw ere stranded on a desert island and could choose just one food group on which to subsist on, which food group would it be? Meats Breads, pastas, rice Fruits and veggies I think i would pick fruits and veggies cus the other groups would get monotonous more quickly for me

You would probably be limited to seafood and probably eventually suffer from scurvey unless you can find a vitamin C source.

Oh I didn't invent it! Pregnant women years ago invented that food group! (though mostly pregnant with girls, pregnant with boys tend to dislike it for somereason)

I remember distincly learning the four food groups, Salt, Sugar, Grease, and Chocolate. Of course when I learned those I was in a profession that called for 24 hour shifts, hours of boredom puncuated with moments of shear terror. Of the four I am teaching my youngest son I would have to pick fruit and vegie.

If you had rice you could live quite well as there is a plenty of protein it. I think if you just took meat you'd get some sort of bowel disease before too long.
