Default Free Garden Items

Where I live in an apartment complex, a good way to get free garden items is to walk around the trash stops and see what people have thrown out next to their trash bins. I have found everything from full plants to garden pots and containers to an actual plant RACK (4 shelves high covered in green rust, very Victorian like I loved it!) So, if you live in a complex, don't be afraid to check the trash bin area, you find some nice garden stuff!
