Ballot mailed with very rare stamp

The stamp, similar to one that sold in mint condition for $525,000 last year, was canceled. So was the ballot, which contained no clue to the identity of the voter.

Oh dear, I think this is so sad because I can't help but wonder if it was done by an elderly person who may have suffered some mental decline.
