The link you provided on toilet repair and water saving is the best and both are now book marked for future use! Thank you SOOOOOOO much!

Glad to hear that the timing was right on this one Actually, the credit for today's Money Saving Challenge goes to Nate. He told me a few weeks ago that I should add this one in somewhere one day while chatting. I'll be sure that he sees your post.

This is my third day receiving challenges. Today's challenge was the first that I completed. The task was to write one thing on a to do list and make it a priority to complete the task that you wrote down.

I completed a task that I had been putting off since January. The task took all of ten minutes! I guess writing it down motivated me to get it done. Thanks.

Welcome to the daily challenges and I'm glad to hear that today's challenge was successful for you. I think that we all, including myself, tend to lose track of the priorities that need to be done. The list is extremely helpful in this manner. I encourage you to continue to write down at least one thing a day and make an effort to get it done. If you can continue for a couple of months, you'll be amazed at the results.

One thing that I didn't mention in the challenge, but I find is very true with me is that it reduces my stress level by a large degree. Before I started doing this, I always had "this needs to be done" things floating around in my mind that I never seemed to be able to get to. I just don't have those anymore and it has been a great stress reducer for me.

Glad to have you aboard and I hope that I can provide some more useful challenges for you in the future

My hotmail account has vanished into nowhere. I have changed my e-mail address with Saving advice. Will my challenges automatically follow or do I need to sign up again? If I need to sign up again, I don't remember how I did this, where do I go on the website to sign up?

I'm pretty sure that the challenges will go to the new address..I will ask Nate to make sure. If you don't receive the next challenge on Monday, let us know and we'll correct the situation.

Can anyone tell me what 60mile per hour is in kilometers per hour, please? I know there's a 5 and a 9 and a division or multiplication in there somewhere but seem to be having a mental blank!

Thanks

Jo

There's approx 1.6km to a mile so I think 60MPH would be 96KPH (times 60 by 1.6) but then again maths was never my strong point so correct me if you think this is wrong.

Yes, Hanni is correct. 60 miles per hour = 96.54 kilometers per hour

Thank you Hanni/Jeffrey. A lot of the challenges I can't do as they are specific to US readers and I'm in Australia but I'm going to do this one!

Regards

Jo

The plan is to start up again in December. I have finished most of the packing for our move. Due to some delays, we won't be leaving until January 24, but almost all the stuff has been stored and shipped. So there may be a few days in late January when they stop as we head back to the US, but for the most part, we should be back on schedule for them.

Yes...it was on writing compliment and complaint letters. If you didn't get it, please let me know and I'll try and see what went wrong. The daily is Mon - Fri so there won't be any today or tomorrow.
