Default what do you recycle?

I'm wondering if there are more things I could be recycling. I recycle cans, newspapers, PET bottles, glass and all that the recycling company comes and picks up for us. Are there more things that I could recycle?

In addition to what you've listed above, i recycle all the junk mail, plus envelopes etc from bills, statements, etc. The U.S. Post Office has these blue colored bins in the lobby which are intended to recycle unwanted junk mail. So, they give it to me, and i end up giving it back!

I also recycle the paper and plastic supermarket bags. And i try as much as i can to remember to bring in my own canvas bags for carrying groceries in so i don't have to take yet another unwanted bag from the store.

I collect my junk mail in a cardboard box, and usually run down to PO about once a month, or when it's on my way to somewhere else. Just make sure you don't include any statements with SS number or other personal info. But between magazines, catalogs and other stuff, you can still recycle quite a lot.
