Hand Washing

Thank you for the encouragement to the individual who confessed she was so poor she had to wash her diapers by hand. I revealed I use my daughters old diapers during the monthly. This morning I hand washed becasue it was a small load. I washed them and my kitchen sink received a bleaching as well, double outcome! I am now soaking in baking soda and vinegar and will rinse very very well with cold water. Thanks again, I would like to see more items related to saving money.

My washer was out for a few days including the day I normally do my laundry. I already had a rapid washer so I just soaked the small load I had and washed them by hand and hung them out to dry ( I almost always hang my clothes out to dry even though I have a drryer). There have been times when I did use my washing machine for a really small load but I consider that an emergencey when my lil one is sick on her bed linens.
