And do those people go online to discuss/show off/flaunt their extremely unusual habits? You know who the real crazy people are in this world? The ones who don't know they're crazy. You shouldn't put much worth into people who walk around claiming they're so happy. That means they're probably suicidal. You should't put much stock in someone telling you he's crazy. You should be scared of the person who says nothing and quietly goes about planning how to kill you. And you certainly shouldn't believe everything you read on a free internet forum, particularly someone looking for validation for behaviors he supposedly practices on a daily basis for years on end.

Whores don't go about bragging how ----------------. And super frugal people don't pay for internet, wasting time on forums discussing the weird stuff they do to save money.

I call B.S. on the OP and these "numerous people" you know of. Not sure what kind of people you hang out with.

Actually, I'm a physician so some of the people I'm referring to are psychiatric patients. But when speaking to them, they will seem perfectly "normal" until you touch on the one subject area that involves their mental illness.

I don't know if OP is for real or not. Jeffrey and I have discussed his posts and agreed to leave them up. If nothing else, they are entertaining and have resulted in some interesting conversation.

Well, I don't believe this is actually happening, but I will comment that a group of college kids conducted an experiment when I went to college. They ate only left over food for an entire quarter. They didn't eat off of people's trays though, they ate what the cafeteria was going to toss after everyone went through the line.

So much food is wasted by restaurants and grocery stores every day.

Wow.

If nothing else, this is interesting.

I do wonder how the OP reconciles "having -ie. keeping- plenty of money" and doing what he claims to do to have an extra couple dollars to donate.

He still around?

I think that's a little extreme, why not get a entertainment book instead and save 50% off of your bill? Or sign up for chain restaurant's emails and get free meals on your birthday or take a friend on their birthday and split the bill between you two. I think there are better ways than this
