It reminds me the joke about native people of Syberia (Russia). Some people there don't have nomal bathroom and shower and all that.

The reporter was there to make a report about their life for a newpaper asked them:
--Where is your shower or a bath?
--In the river.
--Do you wash there in the winter time too?
--No, we don't wash in the winter time. After that, the winter is not that long.

The winter in Syberia is like 4-5 month most places and it's extremly cold.

Take a shower every morning, and sometimes a bubble bath at night.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that the people who don't bath often have serious financial problems in real life. Those who don't bathe often tend to have no jobs or jobs that are lowly paid and personal hygiene is not important. That is just purely sick and nasty. I am glad you don't work near me or for me. I'll send you home and suspend you without pay.

I shower pretty much every day that I work. When I come into work, I shower either the night before, or that day. Otherwise, I walk around dirty.

Once daily unless I go bicycling after work, then twice daily.

I shower once a day, before bed. I work out most days and not showering after working out is just gross to me. I also wash my hair daily. I've heard you're not supposed to, but all hairdressers I've ever gone to have commented how healthy and beautiful my hair is and always ask what I do to it.

And for those who do not shower daily I don't get how you guys do it! I'd worry that I smelled bad and others could smell me but I couldn't smell myself. Awkward.

I find a good shower on a morning refreshes me for the day.
So I shower once a day and probably have a relaxing bath twice a week usually in the evening where I sing to my duck.

Unless she is living in a 3rd world country I don't see why anyone would take a bath once a week.

Cool Every day

I'm 13 and since my body is going through changes, I feel more comfortable and confident if I shower every day.
I usually don't shower on the weekend unless I'm going out of the house or seeing friends.
My parents shower every day too. My 7 year old sisters take a bath once a month or so, lol.
I usually take a shower in the morning, but sometimes I take a shower at night, which means that's two showers per day.
I know that water can be expensive, but my parents said that I don't need to worry about it unless I'm taking hour-long showers, and mine usually only last 15-20 minutes. (I spend a lot of time on my hair, being a girl )

Also since my sisters rarely bathe that kind of makes up for it.

Default Anyone tried this?

I've heard that your hair gets oilier the more you wash it. So if you do it daily and then decrease the frequency, it will feel very oily at first. But then the more you do it, the longer your hair will last without getting oily. Has anyone tried this? I would love to cutback on shampoo and water usage. But I've tried it and only been able to last a couple of days. Thoughts?

I do it daily and when I'm on a hike or get too much sweat, I shower again in the evening. I think it's better to be clean physically so you could save more never having to spend so much on medicines or even the hospital if you get sick because of hygiene. This is especially for the women. For guys, we are flexible, for me

I don't bathe anymore, it's a waste of time for me and I don't like to soak in water for this long. I do shower DAILY. 2 or 3 times/day if it's summer and I sweat. While I like saving money, I don't want to not enjoy life as a clean healthy adult. I'm a woman, 33 years old. I NEED TO SHOWER daily. Don't know (and don't want to know) how I'd smell otherwise
