Default Coscto -- unbelievable

I am pleasantly shocked. I ordered a new bed from Costco.com and found out that I can get a refund from the one I purchased from them 3 years ago!! I need to add a few more exclamation points!!!

Now that is the way a company should run its business.

Costco has a very generous return and warranty policy.

Costco has always had an incredible return policy. In fact they used to return everything except computers for as long as you had membership. Unfortunately due to people abusing their policy they amended their policy to only 90 days for electronics.

It's so frustrating when a few people ruin it for others. Apparently, it's not uncommon for women to buy an expensive dress for a prom or wedding, then return it for a full refund -- after they've worn the dress to the event and will no longer need it.

Wow, I did not know that Costco allowed that on returns. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Yes, but please don't abuse the privilege, because if people return items for the wrong reasons, then the policy may change.

The reason I returned the bed is that the mattress wore terribly, which should not occur with non-overweight persons in a 3-year-old bed.
