Another Safeway Issue

Safeway has another new coupon book: Pet Pals w/$28 in coupons. Before I tear my Dominicks store mgr a new one, has anyone seen/gotten this book. If yes, what part of the country (ie N. CA, metro Chicago, New Eng….)?

Last weekend this store mgr outright LIED to me when I asked for the freezer coupon book. Said he did NOT have it at 11:30 am on Sat but it was there at 8:30 am on Sun. These are WAAAY too heavy to send USPS and USP does NOT deliver on Sat so I really would like to report this jerky mgr to corp.
