Default dishwashers

I hate washing dishes and use my dishwasher daily I only run it once a day usually before bedtime. Would I save money if I stopped using the dishwasher and wash dishes by hand. I never use the dry cycle. I hope the difference is not enough to make me feel guilty

I think its actually cheaper to run the dishwasher I could be wrong but thats what I think. ANother way to use it cheaper is get coupons for the dishwasher soap by doing that I have at least 2 years worth of their detergent I have gotten all free if I do dishes by hand I have to buy the soap LOL just another idea

Check and see if electricity rates are lower for certain hours of the day (e.g., after midnite). If yes, then you can set your dishwasher on the timer (if it has one), save some money and feel less guilty.

A full dishwasher supposedly uses less water than washing by hand.
