Professional eyebrow waxing. I tried to do it myself at home and had disastrous results!

I typically pay off cars in 1-2 years but buy a new one every 3 years. I'd save a lot of money if I'd hold onto them for longer. It's nice to have a car that's under warranty but 3-5 year old cars typically don't need enough repairs to justify the cost of a new one.

Oh, and eating out, which I do quite a bit.

Cable internet. I priced checked trying to get something cheaper, there is no such thing in my area, even dial up would require a landline in addition to the fee for the internet. We just can't live without internet.

Food. I love eating out, eating organic and so on. I did cut about $400 per month from this and am working on more though.

Toys. Okay, I really have no excuse here. I am the video game addict. Electronics is where I really have dropped some cash. The main way I save money here is that I try not to buy games new and I love playing my old one over and over.

Now if my husband was to answer this question, his honest answer would be to be married to me. I have never once heard him tell me no, which is why about a year ago I started learning how to set limits for myself. I was going to make us very poor otherwise.

Used a B2G2 coupon at Peprridge farm outlet today. Got 4 high fiber breads (24 oz each) for 3.28 inc tax.

Went to CVS for the Crest Night 250 mL Oct Monthly deal. NADA in stock at 3 stores. Have 2 rainchecks and 1 store substituted regular @ FREE.

Forgot:
Sunday I downloaded a coupon for 30% off any item at Borders. Bought the 2007-8 Entertainment book for $25 less 30%. No s/h ($5) as any other site. Also had $$$ left on 2007 gift card. Bottom line was <$15. Also, clerk @ check out was DUMB and gave me a book NOT for my area. When I went back to exchange I complained and was given a $5 coupon to ANY purchase, no expire.

Default RE: Least frugal thing you do

The least frugal thing I do would have to be....

The cable TV $40 a month to avoid the use of bunny ears to receive only four channels. Antenna tuning !

When I use the word frugal, I mean "without waste" so I don't consider vacations to not be frugal. A vacation where you pay full retail would be non-frugal, but I doubt many people on this website buy anything without seriously assessing cheaper options.

My non-frugal sin: My Ivy League education...same books at 2x the price.
