Stock pot
Cutting Boards
Good set of scissors
Food processor
Pots and pans
Muffin pans

Ha!, I don't need a microwave, I proudly join the no-microwave club!

I moved and the new apartment didn't have one.
I missed it only after 30 days when I wanted to do popcorn.

I am not buying a microwave for the occasional popcorn!
I heat my food on a pan and the textures, flavors and smells recover so nicely! Even when my meal is taken straight from the freezer on ice block form. I just leave it on a pan in low and it is just delicious!

I did buy a 16" electric skillet ($25) It allows me to cook 6 or more portions at once, use 2 freeze 4. Beautiful, I am cooking 3 times a week and having home made dinners each night. Life is good!
