Garage Sailing
I don't go to garage sales because I end up buying things I don't need because the price is so good. Does any on else have this problem? Does any one have any advice?

Don't go unless you need something, and only take what you are willing to spend on it. Also all the rules for shopping at a mall apply, leave the loot locked in the trunk, though in a garage sale it certainly isn't very far to go
 .

I clothed my family from garage sales for many years and still do when I come across something that will fit them. I have a set budget for garage sales and stick with it. Sometimes I don't find anything we need and if so, I stick that money for the next time.
