ME , I sub to the emails, but a little secret, I don't have shoes on and I don't get the reminders, I just get the testemonials. So far, house is clean and mostly company ready.

I do have post its with my checklists all over the house. Amazingly DH has not made fun of them yet. Prolly cause they work.

How do you get just the testimonials? I would love to do that, as I have been using her system for over a year now - I know most of the routines - I just want the testimonials.

It's a great system to keep your home clean!!!

I did an APOA Masterbook "course" via yahoo groups that was very helpful. It helps you to set up a schedule for your housekeeping and other chores but isn't as "in your face" as Flylady. I couldn't keep up with Flylady and deleting all those messages just got irritating and demoralising.

I forgot to mention that the APOA program is a (pseudo)religous based program. Even if you're not a religious person, the plan is a good one and I don't think the religious aspect is a problem. Here's the link if you're interested. http://www.yahoogroups.com/subscribe...MasterPlanBook
