I am going to try to make some homemade canned syrup for Christmas gifts and was wondering if anyone knew of a website where I could order good, inexpensive personalized jar labels?

One of the biggest label makers is 'Avery.' I'd Goggle their website.
If you have labels, you can use clip art or Microsoft Label Maker

Or you could make some (kind of like snafu said) or if you have kids have them draw up some labels - that would be cute!
