As my MSF instructor always said, if you can eat the animal in one sitting, then go ahead and run over the animal instead of swerving.


I don't think there is anything inherently dangerous with a motorcycle. It all rests with the rider. True that you have less protection against collisions, and 2 wheels are more unstable than 4, but you also get advantages over 4 wheels.

At the same time, cars aren't all that safe either. We just have a false sense of security when surrounded by metal and glass. Psychologists have been known to observe drivers to glean the true nature of the human psyche when one thinks that one can act without impunity.

There is a cool new electric motorcycle out there. Google for "zero motorcycle" and you'll see it. It goes zero to thirty in 2 seconds! And quiet too!
