I would like to send a wine basket to China. It is for his birthday. Where can buy it? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Different states of the US actually have different laws with regard to shipping liquor to other countries. You'd have to check with the US Customs service in your location. There's probably going to be liquor taxes applied to the export of this as well.

I think I would start by looking for a dealer in Hong Kong or Shanghai.

I've gotten catalogs from companies that deal in corporate gifts and they often have wine baskets. I wonder if one of them can ship to China.
