Talking What would you do with the Butter Cow?

OK, this is just for fun...every year at the Illinois State Fair they have someone who takes loads of butter and creates a butter cow -- the size of a real cow. Since we are all frugal folks and like to use what we have, what would you do if you were given the butter cow after the fair? I assume the butter is clean, just sculpted. Throughout the fair it has been kept in a cold place on display behind glass.

Chop it up and freeze it. Give some away.

I think Paula Deen or Emeril could certainly make short work of all that butter! If you've watched them cook, they use a lot of it.

I would give all the cooking oils away and use butter for cooking. That looks like a lot of butter, but that would be gone within a year.

Clarify it - make it into ghee and put it in my canning jars and store it in the basement pantry!

I currently have more than 60 lbs of butter in my freezer. I bought a lot because I had coupons, buy 2 lbs of butter, get any sara lee bread free. So 2 lbs cost me almost $1, and the bread and the bread with raisings in it, that normly costs like $3, was free. I want to free- up some space in my freezer for upcomming turkey season, when it will be like 25 c /lb. I use butter everywhere I would normally use veg.oil or any other kind of fat.
