I miss it. Itwas so cheap: 6 mangoes for 0.99 cents one time.
Produce was fresh and low-priced. We spent the whole time spending a little more because everything was so affordable.

I used to shop there a more than 2 yrs ago, when I lived close to it, then I moved and stopped.

It's similar to SaveMaxx that I have really close (less than a mile away) to where I live now. SaveMaxx is my favorite. All their food prices are less than regular, + most are on sale+ if I have coupon = a really good deal. But their non-edible products mostly are expencive.

There use to be one near me but it closed too. It was before by 'budget' days and it was always dirty and not well mantained. I really didn't like shopping there because of that.

Yes...but ours is pretty dirty so I dont go there. I shop at WinCo which is employee owned for most things...and then other stores for loss leaders and coupon deals. (WinCo does not take coupons printed from home )

I see your point, readers. Yes it can be unkempt. But check out their deals in corn , peaches, pineapples and melons. They GRREAT! The rest: hmmm. not so sure. Some times we found such good deals in the Freezer section. Its mostly for produce and food, the non-food items have high mark-ups.

I used to shop at one years ago. There were too many things I wanted that they didn't carry, and many times I wasn't happy with the quality of the produce. So I stopped shopping there. I never did like bagging my own groceries either.
