Lightbulb How to do you go Thrift Shop shopping and save fuel too?

With the high cost of gas these days, you can’t be going to one thrift shop in this area then going to thrift shop, two suburbs over just because you got a good bargain their last month.

Start looking for cluster groups of thrift shops in the same area. That’s within walking distance of each other if you can.

Here I was able to find over 10 large clusters of thrift shops of four or more in the same shopping strip. All with in a 30km radius of where I live. The nearest one is ¼ mile from home too! I did some research and all found without driving to them too!

Only shopping where cluster groups of thrift shops in the same areas are, to get maximum benefit of your driving there with the high cost of gas these days.

Another thing that might make more and more sense these days is, if you live some distance from the stores, consider Stop N Shop's Peapod services, you know, where for a reasonable fee, they do all the shopping for you and deliver.

If you buy in bulk, it could pay, tho i've never used their services since i like to browse.
