Just got a car rental yesterday. Sites like Orbitz do not always have the best deals. We went directly onto the rental car sites and looked up their web deals. We saved money, but it took more time.

I've tried and found that hotwire.com is a good way to go. Going to hotwire versus going directly to avis or hertz has saved me on average about $30 bucks. Thanxs for the reply.

Try Enterprise, they frequently have good web only specials and if you're on their mailing list they email you extra coupon/discount codes...

A site like this one posts a lot of good online coupon offers.

In some cases, you could go through an online rebate service like Ebates or Mr. Rebates in addition to using a coupon code and save even more.

Try www.mousesavers.com

While the site is geared toward people going to Orlando or California most of the codes/coupons listed are available anywhere in the US.

You can also try priceline.com. If you've got a price in mind that you want to pay, it never hurts to plug it in. The worst they can say is "No thanks, that's too low." If you haven't used priceline before though be prepared to buy it if they take your offer. They charge your cc right away if they accept your offer.

I recently looked for car for Sedona in February for a week. I found prices from $238 to $389. The last day, I checked I finally checked Hotwire- the bid was $217- I took and then found out it was Hertz!!! I thought it would be some off brand rental. I am happy.

Many limo services don’t offer any type of satisfaction guarantee. So, we must choose reputable professional organization.
