Default Credit card call challenge

In addition to what Jeff has posted, I also call the CC co if I am assessed a late fee. I usually never have late payments so it is easy to request that the fee be removed.

I was able to do this once too. I don't know why they charged me a late fee as I sent the bill in the same time that I always do. I called and they cancelled the fee without any problem. I imagine that a lot of people never call though.

I've had both my credit cards less than 6 months, I'll try in another 6months for the annual fee to be removed.
