I've always liked hanging clothes to dry although it takes more time. This spring the vent got some holes in the dryer vent due to some kittens in the laundry room, so I unplugged the dryer and told my almost 20 year old step son that clothes need to be hung on the line. He wasn't happy about it, but he always dried his clothes on high.
DH tells me of the days his mom would hang sheets in the winter in upstate NY. How he'd jump into his icicle sheets at night. LOL He may be reliving his childhood this winter. LOL |
