Phishing site. Very poorly put together. The graphics were copied then had Blue Box info pieced in, probably from the old Special K Challenge Promotion that Kellogg ran a while back with the free sample. Notice especially the Kellogg RDA box in the upper left corner. They pieced in their Home, Promotions, About Us and Contact Us links into the RDA box! It has that ominous disclaimer common to most phishing sites:
