DIXIE CHILI - $0.80 Cheese Coneys on May 27.
Panny Sarakatsannis, one of the owners, says the mayors of Newport and Erlanger have proclaimed next Wednesday “Dixie Chili Day.” Dixie Chili was Northern Kentucky’s first chili parlor, founded by Nicholas D. Sarakatsannis. He passed down his secret chili recipe to his sons. The restaurant has three locations in Newport, Erlanger and Covington.
