If you represent a not-for-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status, we encourage you to apply for a Ben & Jerry’s donation.

Outside of Vermont — Please be aware that we require at least six weeks notice prior to your event. If you'd like more information, please proceed to our Donations Guidelines for events outside of Vermont.

In Vermont — Depending on where your event will occur, we may supply your donation from one of our Scoop Shops. Otherwise product must be picked up at our plant in Waterbury. Please be aware that we require at least four weeks notice prior to your event. Note that our donations program has changed recently. Please read through all information carefully before submitting your request.
