Hey everyone. I just want to know your workout timings. Tell me that how much exercise you people do in a day. I do 30 minutes exercise. Is it enough?

I run or swim for about an hour a day 4 days a week, then usually do some stretching / pushups and such one other day a week.
I enjoy running and swimming so it's not a chore for me, but it did take some time to get used to setting aside that much time a week. I think the 30 minutes depends on what your goals are. -- weight loss vs cardiovascular health. |

I exercise 5 days a week:

Winter:
Summer:
Probably averages out to about 4 hours a week. Keeps me healthy and allows me to eat pretty much whatever I want. |
