Default Which cardio is beneficial?

There are lot of cardio exercises like swimming, yoga, walking, running, jogging and cycling. I just want to know the best and effective cardio exercise. Tell me that which one is best from all. Reply me soon.

The best one, is the one you'll enjoy the most.

With cardio, it's more about how often you are able to do it that leads to the best results.


So if you love swimming, and hate running sprints - it'd be better to swim, even though sprinting is more effective per hour, because you'll be able to stick with a swimming program longer.

What types of cardio do you enjoy?

Cross-country skiing is supposed to be the best overall cardio exercise - swimming is second best. But as mentioned above, the best one is the one you enjoy and do most often.
