Default ACNielsen family

I have just recieved a brochure about becoming anAC Nielson family scanmember its different than the TV thing. This is where you scan shopping purchases and recieve prizes and enter contests. I was wondering if anyone else had done this or thinks that I should.

I did it. It was fun at first, but quickly became a pain in the rear. Every member of your household is supposed to scan every purchase made, specify whether it was made with coupons, etc. The "rewards" looked great at first, butthe points needed quickly inflated. Just one person's opinion...

I have never heard of the scanner program. Last week I did the tv diaried and I have to send them in the mail this week. All I had to do was keep track of what we watched on tv for a week in a diary they sent me and they payed me $10.00 That was the easiest money I ever made. How do I find out about becoming a scanner?

Yeah, I got the thing. I chose not to do it. There was nothing in the catalog I would want or need and you needed a zillion points to get anything. You would have to do it for like a year to get something (only thing I remotely might have wanted, but I already have one). And, they wanted you to save your "trash" so that you could scan it later (like a candy bar wrapper).
