I get all my home electricity from the library
I go to the dump every thursday and stand by the gate asking for used car batteries that are being tossed away. I have a handtruck and a battery charger, and I take the batteries into the local library and charge them on the wall outlet. I bring them home and use them with an inverter to power my lights and tv. Too cheap?
