Eat fresh fruits and vegetables...
Do daily exercise..
Drink Plenty of water in a day...
Avoid Junk Food...

Yes, above tips are very useful to be healthy. Such a short tips are not forgettable, because normally people gives reason of forgetting such things to do. Fruits and vegetables keeps us fresh for all the time. Plenty of water circulates oxygen into our cells of body and helps organs to absorb vitamins. It also regulates temperature of our body so drinking plenty of water is really essential.
