What's the purpose of the meeting? Is it an exit interview of sorts, or is it more so that HR can explain various things to you such as severance, unemployment, benefits, etc.?

Then it should be pretty straight forward. They will offer you X as a severance. They will also probably give you contact info to sign up for unemployment and for extending your benefits. They may even give you some contact info for a job placement service.

If they don't provide the above information, then I would ask them for it. Other than that, I guess feel free to air your grievances.

Ask for Cobra specifics, HR will usually say that something will be mailed to you, but it takes forever and your period to sign up could be almost over before the info comes.

Be prepared to ask and answer any questions regarding your 401K, stock options, or previously promised bonuses

I will probably be asking them if I can be rehired again, hehehe! Seriously, I would ask about the compensations and benefits.
