tried to post on the weight loss thread

I got the following error, but my signature is the same it has always been, there are no smilies, vb codes, or html thingies in it, just a couple words.

"You have included too many images in your signature or in your previous post. Please go back and correct the problem and then continue again.

Images include use of smilies, the vB code [img] tag and HTML tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator."

Ok s I didn't want to lose my post, s I made a new thread for it, then I thought it might be the smiles in the post, instead of the signature. I removed some of them and it let me post it.

But now there is two threads which say the same thing, could you delete the one for me please? the one I started. sorry to be such a pain
