i am looking for an old article

I read an article on this website about a month ago and discussed it with some people at work and now cant find it to show them. It was something like "what i learned from the wizard of oz" one of the comparisons was about having a will and they wouldn't have fought over the ruby slippers. thanks for any help i havent been able to find it.
