Another reason to hate comcast

I finally switched from them, they are the worst company ever. I can't even begin to describe the list of shoddy customer service I received, but waiting on servicemen was one of them, so this made me laugh: youtube/watch?v=vSPvQ2Kb484

Yeah I did....I just added the .com in on the address bar. It was funny but I know my son would've been in some serious trouble if he did that

yeah, I hear you. But who knows how long they had to wait. I wonder how many times this happens without a video camera rolling? I can't tell whether it's faked or not, but I bet it's not that unusual.

Does anyone know a good company to go to for Internet, cable and phone? I had verizon and then they switch me to Fios, but I cancelled it because they couldn't get thier billing statements right.
