I've always been partial to the dog or the top hat... since you can't vote for two... top hat!

I thought the iron is what you chose if everything else was already taken.

Monoply addicts at this house. I choose the Top Hat because I am in the Red Hats Society.

I like whatever pieces that has the better tactile feel, which is either the race car or the thimble.

Also, anybody ever look at the game and can't help but think of ways to make it "better"?

I honestly had to sit and think about which piece I tended to take it has been soooo long.

Truthfully I take Queen Amadala..because the version we own is a star wars one! But way back when..the top hat or iron.

I always liked the shoe. Probably because my dad always had to be the shoe when we were growing up and I could never be it!

Well, you're not supposed to move around the board with a hotel.

True, but traveling around the board, stopping at houses/hotels, and paying rent sounds all too much like real life. Easier to "Go to Jail" -- do not pass go, and just sorta stay there. But that's not the game either. Too bad they didn't have a mobile home piece!

Ok, I'll give. In Monopoly I was usually the puppy dog, or the car if it were available and Mr. pup was taken.

Being in jail is actually preferable after you've accumulated all your property. Just sit there and avoid rolling doubles.
