Default Who has published??

I have had 2 in book form, and several short stories in magazines. But, the ones in book form were over 25 years ago, and the details were all handled by the school teacher who urged me to write. (yes, I did get paid for them).
I have started writing again, and am being urged by the same teacher (now in his early 90's) and my parents to publish.
What publishing houses have you used?? Good experience or bad? Any advice?
I have no doubt by work would be accepted--in fact every story I have every submitted was accepted, so I have an 11 out of 11 record. If one rejects me, I can resubmitt to another.
I've been told that some houses now want works on CD rather than in a typed format, so times have changed....
My other option is to let my former teacher again handle all the details. He still does that. He enjoys it and also gets paid from the publishing house to bring in new writings.

I would prolly let him..so long as you do get paid, why not help out a 90 year old in the process? but at 90 he wont be doing it forever, so you should prolly research some future options.
