Default Magic Gopher

Someone sent me this site and it's supposed to be a guess the magic number game. It's kind of cute.

Let a be the first digit and b be the second digit in your number.

Your number is 10 * a + b . If you subtract (a + b) from that number, that leaves you with 9 * a . The "gopher" just puts the "magic" symbol next to all multiples of 9 (9, 18, 27, etc.) and, voila, he's chosen your symbol.
