Musical palindrome is a form known as a crab cannon - the first half is reversed and played backwards.

Joseph Hadn's Symphony No.47 has a musical palindrome in it, the movement is repeated to times then reversed 2 times and arrives where it started.

"A Gassy Obese Boy's Saga" is a 5,000 word palindromic story but it barely makes any sense. The title is a palindrome too
