Where to get a Prepaid Visa?

Does anyone know where the best place to geta prepaid Visa is, the fastest and safest?

I don't have any credit cards but I need to pay a bill online and they only accept credit cards or e-Gold. I signed up for an e-Gold account but I really don't understnd how to fund it or how to use it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just found this site but I never heard of it and I can't chance or afford to get ripped off. Anyone know if their reliable? I think you have to hook it up to your bank account and I'm really leary of doing that unless I'm sure its ok.

I know RiteAid Drugstores carry prepaid visas, I am not sure what the fees are, but I see alot of people putting money on them right in store on paydays. I am sure there are probably alot of stores that do this. I think Household Bank has a online one too, and they are very easy to deal with, I have a online savings with them, that I just started and it didnt confuse me at all.....yet!

Thank you all so much! I have a Walgreens a few blocks away. I knew I had seen prepaids for sale in the past somewhere but I haven't been able to find where, and I couldn't recall where I saw them.
I have a bank account but its a small bank and their debit card doesn't have the Visa logo so the debit card idea was no good for me but I appreciate the help.
