$100 Reward from Rent. com
So, I didn't see this anywhere else on the site. I just did this. When I moved I had checked thier site, along with a couple others, when I first began searching, so I went ahead and applied for it and let the complex know that's where I'd seen the apartment. So, sure enough, I got a $100 visa gift card. Yay! Definately worth it.
