Welcome - pretty laid back here. You might want to look at the rules for linking and signatures:
Basic Forum Rules Links & Signatures Those are basically in place to prevent SPAM. Otherwise ask your question in the section that seems most appropriate. Journals can be found at http://www.savingadvice.com/forums/journal.php and you can use the "new journal" button to create yours.

I am trying to find out how I can stop all the e mails that come to me everytime I post something and get a reply. I am new to computers, over 60 grandma, so make it simple please.
