You may want to add that at ING you are allowed to refer family members and also fund their account from yours to earn the $25 signup bonus for them and $10 for yourself.

Ex: I signed up on Jan 1st depositing $250 to receive the $25 bonus. I can then after the 90 day period is over I can refer my wife who gets the $25 bonus and I get $10 referral bonus. Repeat with each family member every 90 days or less if you can open their accounts with the $250.

I have not done the Emigrant Bank offer yet to know if it works with them also.
