In spite of all the confusion my Emigrant account was up and running withing 24 hours. Thank you for all your help. When I sent the ING invites I had to put names in there to activate. I put yours and Nates names. Did I do it correctly? Or is that just something elses I bungled?

Were both sent to the same email? I received one...but not two. The names should make no difference at all

I opened an EmigrantDirect account, sent you my email and then today I sent my verification of when I opened the account and when I verified my account.

I will now be patient and wait for your response.

Is this correct in receiving my bonus or did I miss something--just checking.

I have confirmed my account but don't see the refer a friend link at all. Does it take a while for it to appear in your account?

The refer a friend link will be in your ING account, not your Emigrant account.

No...it will take some time to confirm and it will not show up in your emigrant account - it will either be paid by paypal of through converting ING invites.

What is the deal with ING Electric Orange. I have a little money in ED. Most of my money is in checking and almost 0% interest savings. My wife and I kinda like it that way in case of emergency. It seems w/ ING I could get my money quicker if I needed it, and use their bill pay.

Should I keep ED. I don't really want too many accounts. I am usually too busy too keep up w/ them.

Any advice would be great.
