Exclamation Paying off our credit card debt, lack of info

Ok, I found one of the calculators, entered 4 of our credit cards, including the highest interest rate (we've been whittling this one down, it's < $800 now) and the largest balance one (not doing so well at getting that one down).

In the midst of this, I logged into our online acct. with the large debt company. They do NOT have the interest rates online. You can see an "online" statement, but it has less than 1/2 the information that the paper ones do.

Another reason I will NOT do business solely online!

Are you actually downloading the statements, or just viewing a "snapshot" of the simplified statement online?

I have online accounts with 4 different credit card companies (Bank of America, Citibank, Discover and USAA). With each one I can download my monthly statements -- which would look exactly like the paper statement if I'd opted for that to be mailed to me. The downloaded statements always have my balance and APR breakdown, regardless of the credit card company.
