Do you make Copies?

My advice to you is make copies.
I always make copies of everything I mail when it comes to mirb and tif. I scan them into my computer and when I receive the rebate I just delete the file.
You can do it any way you feel comfortable.

I think making copies is wonderful advice..however the likely hood of my noticing it has been 8 weeks, and then actually doing anything about it is nil..so I don't. i just send em off with a prayer, and enjoy the suprise when a check comes in the mail

I make photocopies, then throw them away when I receive the check. I like the scan idea - no wasted paper or ink!

Ok so I will see what I should do then, the scan idea is good. Thanks y'all. I wasn't sure what Protocol I should take with Rebates.

Ok one more thing, do you guys notice how much INK goes onto those Rebate forms? Do some of you write yours out on a 3x5 if possible?
