Default Expired Coupons for Military

I just wanted to let you all know that only OVERSEAS military can use expired coupons. Alaska and Hawaii are considered overseas assignments, but the commissaries DO NOT take expired coupons. The US military bases will not honor them.

Thumbs up Re: Expired Coupons for Military

I saw this list in another newletter I received and after checking it out here, I have adopted a base. If you go through the list you can tell which bases have not been adopted by many and so may be in need. My husband served in the Air Force in Japan, England and Germany, yet I chose the base in Osan, Korea. I cannot wait to get started.

The link to check out how many have adopted is http://www.ocpnet.org
